The Company focuses on the inheritance and protection of culture. Withhigh quality cultural relics protection qualifications and exquisiteprofessional technology, we have participated in more than 50 worldcultural heritage protection projects and more than 300 related protectionprojects of key national cultural relics protection units, and completedmore than 600 cultural relics protection projects, contributing wisdom andstrength to the protection of human civilization.

Fight against COVID-19

Under the national pandemic prevention and control policy, the Companyorganized 21 enterprises to participate in the construction of anti.pandemic houses in Jilin Province, Shanghai and Hainan Province and wascommended by the local governments. The Company actively carried outvoluntary activities and donated money and materials to serve theepidemic prevention in the communities and villages.

Emergency rescue

The Company continues to promote the construction of the emergencyrescue system and strengthen the building of three national professionarescue teams. According to the overall plan for the construction of theemergency rescue system, the Company continues to promote theconstruction of the bases of the Kunming rescue team and the Guiyangrescue team and the upgrading and transformation of rescue equipmentand gradually expands their comprehensive emergency rescue capabilitiesto respond to various natural disasters. Centering on the implementationof construction projects at the bases and the new positioning and newtasks of the bases, the Company comprehensively and systematicallycarries out the following work: supplementing rescue personnel, improvingthe command system, perfecting the coordination mechanism, providingsupporting infrastructure, improving rules and regulations, strengtheningtraining exercises, and establishing a guarantee system. At the same timethe Company meaningfully strengthens the professional rescue, rapicmaneuver and comprehensive quarantee capabilities of the bases

in 2022, the Company improved its emergency rescue capability and levein an all-round way. The Company revised the emergency managementregulations and plans for safety production, and issued the Guidelines foiNatural Disaster Prevention and Mitigation(《自然灾害防灾减灾指导意见 》) lt also organized and coordinated the participation in the “8.17!Chongqing forest fire,“9.5" Luding County earthquake and other rescueand relief efforts, totaling 230 times of emergency rescue. The Tibet teamof China Railway No.2 Engineering Group Co., Ltd. was approved to becomea nationaltunnel emergency rescue team.

Community service

CREC has always insisted on the work ideas of “local corporate civilizationand harmonious construction" offered volunteer services to gerocomium.hospital, street office, community, school and other local institutions,fulfilling its corporate citizenship responsibility with actual actions.

In 2022, the Company set up more than 2,300 youth volunteer teams inaddition to the three teams of"Youth Civilization, Youth Safety and QualitySupervision Post and Youth Commando" More than 30,000 of ouremployees got involved in over 3,000 various volunteer services such as

 flood control and disaster relief, helping the elderly and the needy, andhelping with the National College Entrance Examination, etc, coveringmore than 45,000 people. We continued with volunteer service activities of"Overseas Youth Home Visits" and "Thousands of Hundred Groups", and thesixth season of "Colorful Dreams" brand relay program. Two projects wonthe Silver Award in the Sixth China Youth Volunteer Service Competition.The above activities helped carry forward social morality and contributedto the building of a harmonious society.

Education and culture

The Company carries out the activities of delivering warm in the"two festivals?bringing coolness in summer, and providing health services throughout theyear, particularly to production frontline employees, overseas employeesemployees in difficulties, employees and families working in a toughenvironment, advanced model figures, and scientific and technologicaexperts with outstanding contributions, etc The Company has distributedRMB156 million in total for delivering warm in the "two festivals" visited andextended its regards to 369,000 migrant workers, offered a student loan ofRMB5.64 million in the autumn, and subsidized 2.214 children of financiallychallenged workers.
