Prime Minister Witnesses the Opening of the Nisour Multi-dimensional Transportation Hub Project in Baghdad, Iraq

On the evening of September 15th, Baghdad time, the opening ceremony of the Baghdad Nisoor Multi-Level Transportation Hub Project, designed and constructed by Transtech, a subsidiary of China Railway International Group was held . Iraqi Prime Minister Mohammad Hijah al-Sudani attended the ceremony and delivered a speech. Iraqi Minister of Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bangan, Minister of Defense Shammari, Minister of Planning Tamim, Baghdad Governor Atwani, Baghdad Mayor Kadhim, Director of the Road and Bridge Bureau Hussein, and CRIG Chairman Bi Yanchun also attended.

In his speech, Prime Minister Sudani congratulated the successful delivery of the project and expressed high appreciation for the company’s superb professional and technical excellence and rich local management achievements in project construction.

In his speech, Bi Yanchun, Chairman of CRIG, expressed his gratitude to Prime Minister Sudani for his six visits to the project for research and guidance. He stated that CRIG is willing to continue to leverage the advantages of CREC's full industrial chain to deepen cooperation with all sectors of Iraq in transportation, urban development, energy, and other infrastructure fields, and continue to contribute wisdom and strength to Iraq's economic and social development.
