From September 8 to 10, Bi Yanchun, Chairman of CRIG, carried out a series of business activities in Hong Kong. He was invited to attend the 10th Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation and the "Hong Kong-Mainland Enterprise Globalization Preferred Platform" seminar, and paid a visit to Lv Feng, Deputy Director of Economic Affairs Department of Liaison Office of the Central People's Government in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (hereinafter referred to as "Liaison Office").
On the morning of the 10th, the 10th Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation, co-hosted by the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government and the Hong Kong Trade Development Council and themed "Cooperation for Change, Building a Shared Future," was successfully held. Over 90 political and business leaders from Belt and Road countries and regions, along with over 100 delegations, totaling over 6,000 people, attended the forum. As invited, during the discussion session, Bi Yanchun briefed the guests on the history, business structure, and global operation of CREC, as well as the company's contributions to Hong Kong's infrastructure development. He also had in-depth discussions on strengthening multilateral cooperation and fostering mutually beneficial development between enterprises and relevant institutions and organizations.
On the morning of the 9th, Bi Yanchun held talks with Lv Feng, Deputy Director of the Economic Affairs Department of the Liaison Office. Bi Yanchun briefed on the company’s overall management structure, business development, and the latest operations in Hong Kong. Lv Feng also briefed on HK’s economic and social development and related plans, expressing the hope that CREC would actively participate in the development of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
During the forum, Bi Yanchun held talks with Zhong Xiaoping, Executive President of AECOM Asia, and had in-depth exchanges on deepening regional strategic cooperation between the two sides and reached important consensuses.
